The
Recording Process . . .
As Fionnuala put it, "
We wanted a total undisturbed setting for the recording of the violin. We heard
about Capri Digital Studio from friends in London, and it turned out to be a perfect
place for us. I also needed to work in a warm place, as my shoulder is very sensitive
to cold temperature, and I needed to plan this work without too much time pressure.
Capri is the most beautiful place I've ever seen, and it was such an inspiration
to work there. Even if we worked hard and long hours, we were able to take breaks
when ever we needed, go for walks in clean air, eat great food and enjoy time
outside the studio".
The final mix was done back in Windmill Lane, and completed in late November of
96'.
